Swans Way log cabin rental, in Lake Lure is nestled in the private Riverbend gated community above the Broad river. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, large wrap around decks on both levels to view the spectacular surrounding mountains and hear the magnificent Broad River. We are pet friendly, allowing well behaved dogs. This 2300 sq. feet log cabin vacation rental is located in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Lake Lure NC, and in walking distance to Mirror Lake beach and the Broad River with rapids and a picturesque waterfall. The beautiful mountain setting of the Riverbend community has over 3,500 acres of pristine mountain beauty that are ideal for hiking, private lakes that are great for swimming and abundant with wild life.
Enjoy the sounds of the river all day long or let the rushing water put you asleep! This log cabin is just minutes to downtown Lake Lure shops and Chimney Rock, which has many wonderful restaurants, and only 25 miles from Asheville, NC. Riverbend’s private beach at Mirror Lake has a fishing pier, and pavilion that overlooks the lake with rocking chairs, barbecue pits and beautiful mountain views. The beach at Mirror Lake has a roped off area for the little ones and a scenic beach with amazing views. Walk across the road to the Broad River ( with a waterfall and small rapids to play in- see pic of my kids!) .Also the “Ole Swimming Hole”, another great spot for tubing and fishing!. Enjoy all that western North Carolina has to offer during the spectacular fall colors.
